A result, read back to you in plain words

Each result sits in your history with a plain-language reading and your earlier results beside it, and you can ask about it the moment it arrives. The details are made up.

One-hour glucose screen

14 August 2026 · 26 weeks

128mg/dL

0Your clinic’s range: under 140200

In plain words: this test checks how your body handles sugar during pregnancy. Your result is inside the range your clinic uses, and the report doesn’t ask for a follow-up test.

  • Blood type: O positive
  • Rubella: immune
  • Hemoglobin: 11.9 g/dL, July
  • You · 10:52 pmDo I need the three-hour test?
  • WrenYour report doesn’t ask for one. Your result was 128, under the 140 your clinic uses. If you’re unsure, it’s a good question for Thursday’s visit.

Reminder set: Wednesdays at 8 pm, write down questions for Thursday’s visit.

What Wren doesn’t do

Wren reads your records. It doesn’t track your pregnancy week by week, log symptoms or give medical advice; questions about how you feel belong with your midwife or OB. If something feels wrong, call them, or call 911 in an emergency.

Sound familiar

Pregnancy comes with a lot of paper.

Your midwife’s or OB’s practice, the ultrasound clinic and the lab each keep their own copy, in their own portal. If you’ve moved or changed practices, earlier records are somewhere else again.

Reports are written for clinicians, and the question about a word in your scan report tends to come up at eleven at night, with your next visit a week away.

How it works

From scattered portals to one history

  1. Start your trial

Sign up and say the profile is for you.

  2. Choose how your records come in

Ask Triangle to request them from your doctors (you verify it’s you, sign one release, and meet a clinician who signs the request with you), or upload what you’ve been handed, or both. Choose who can see your profile.

  3. Read, ask and share

Requested records come through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Photos of printouts sit beside them. Each report is explained in plain words, and your partner can see it all if you share it.

What you get

What Wren does for you today

One place instead of four portals

Records from each clinic, plus the printouts and PDFs you upload, in one history that grows as new reports arrive.

Know what your reports say

A plain-language reading of each scan report and visit note, like the anatomy scan above, and a summary of your history.

Answers at eleven at night

Ask about a result or a word in a report and get an answer drawn from your own file.

See how results change

Lab results like hemoglobin and glucose screens, followed over time, with plain-language explanations.

Your own assistant

Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your own records

If you already talk things over with an AI assistant, connect it to Wren and, with your permission, it reads your records, labs and medications.

Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others

  1. In your assistant’s settings, add a new connector with the address.
  2. Sign in to Triangle when it asks.
  3. Choose what it may read, then Accept.
The connector address

It’s also in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections → Connect.

Things you might ask it
  • “What did my anatomy scan report say, in plain words?”
  • “List my lab results from this pregnancy and what each one checks.”
  • “Help me write questions for my visit on Thursday.”

Plainly: what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections.

Questions

Good things to ask first

What does it cost?

A 7-day free trial, card required, then $9 a month. Cancel before day 7 and you’re not charged; keep it after the birth for as long as it helps, cancel any month, and your records stay yours. Membership covers Triangle requesting your records and keeping them updated, the chat that answers from them, and a review of your history by a licensed clinician.

Does Wren track my pregnancy week by week?

No. Wren keeps your records together and explains them. It doesn’t track weeks or symptoms, so keep using whatever app you like for that.

Will it reach my midwife or OB, the ultrasound clinic and the lab?

Carequality and TEFCA connect many hospitals and clinics, but not every practice. Upload the rest: PDFs from a portal, photos of printouts, faxes. Wren shows what may still be missing and helps you request it.

Does Wren give medical advice, diagnose or prescribe?

No. It helps you understand your records and prepare questions for your midwife or OB. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team.

Give the paperwork a home.

Bring your records together before your next appointment, and keep them in one place after.
